Doesn't Chester kind of have to spark a DBS song idea first since it's kind of, you know, his project? Why can't they just work on JK.

Maybe chester had x-amount of ideas they wound up not using for the album and ryan wants to come up with some music for those ideas or something along those lines? Who knows lol.

Yep. If you think about, people do this every time an album comes out. 'Why always What I've Done?' when MTM was released. 'Why always RTN or Where'd You Go?' during TRT. And now 'Why always Crawl Back In or Let Down'? Because they are the damn singles!

Weird/random move, swapping Crawl Back In and End of the World. CBI's their only well-known song with the general public right now, so it should either be opening or closing shows. Not that End of the World isn't a good opener, but CBI being in the middle of the set doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I don't mind your t-shirt idea, but I'm making my own DBS t-shirt online and I'm having it sent to me. Much like a lot of other bands that I like (Escape The Fate, Senses Fail, A Day To Remember, and more), I'm going to make a fuck you shirt for DBS. Generally a lot of metal bands have stuff like their name or logo on the front and a big lettered fuck you on the back. I'll probably wear that to a show, if the security is stupid about it then I'll just sue them for not allowing freedom of expression.

I don't understand why you guys would think they would play Grey Daze, LP or any other kind of cover. This is most likely going to be a short show since they are opening first, probably around 6 or 7 songs. I'm also assuming this is a promotion show for Out Of Ashes, especially since the album comes out October 13th and the show is the 23rd. I'm assuming the songs they will play are Fire, Crawl Back In, My Suffering, Walking In Circles, Let Down, Inside Of Me and Give Me Your Name, the last two because they are the most talked about in press and stuff. I'm definitely going...when can we buy tickets???

AFI and Paramore will co-headline mtvU's inaugural Ulalume Festival on Oct. 23 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. Other bands on the bill include Kid Cudi and Death By Sunrise (the side-project of Linkin Park's Chester Benninton). The show--with a moniker lifted from an Edgar Allen Poe poem--is a Halloween-themed festival, complete with a costume contest and assorted surprises. Performances from the show will air during a Halloween-themed week on the MTV networks.
