  1. I guess most of you are familiar with LP's performance at KROQ in 2003.

I'm not too fond of the audio available on the webcast, and I think the audience audio source available is much better.

I mixed Breaking The Habit to its matching track from the audio bootleg to see how it would turn out, and I like it much better that way :

I'm definitely doing the full show if anyone's interested, all I need is the lossless stream file of the webcast if that's available, not a DVD re-encode or anything. Any help... would help.

    Cheers

  2. As unsatisfied as I am with Linkin Park new musical direction, I've got to give them much respect for their contact with the fans and how they're willing to share their live material.

I'm a Deftones fan and I can tell you the Deftones fans community is fucking struggling when it comes to get some live stuff...

I'd love to get some DSP's from 2004. Especially Air Canada Centre, 24-01-2004, which has the best performance of Breaking the Habit ever.

  3. Chester's performance here is damn weak, especially compared to the performance on the LPU CD, but I guess you can't be on top everyday.

I can't believe some of you are whining about how it's getting released in pieces... I'm a part of the Deftones fans community, and if we had that kind of proshot rarity getting released, we wouldn't mind if it were in pieces. Just create a playlist when the full show is up, watch the full shit and that's it, won't degrade the experience at all.

EDIT: Thanks for the upload, of course. Some sick stuff right there.

EDIT 2: Watching the other videos now, I think Chester was actually ill or something, hence the weak performance on Wish.

  4. I might understand the fact that you want download links to stay out of the topics, although I find ridiculous the fact that you're licking WMG's asses. BUT LET PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY WANT IN THEIR PRIVATE LIFE AND MESSAGES, FOR FUCKS SAKE.

  5. Thanks, Hahninator. Much respect from the Deftones fans' community.

By the way, if you really want to know...

Deftones are my number one band, I catch every new video surfacing on the web. Deftones recent live performances were actually the best in a great while, since Chino got finally rid of his fat, they look and sound energic, Sergio Vega ( replacing bassist ) looks confortable with them now.

Of course, Deftones miss Chi but they deal with the thing with courage.

  6. You know what it is?

Ha, damn... So, I want to apologize. I didn't want to denounce anybody here. This post was made by my big brother. He's also a fan of Linkin Park and knows my LPLive account password. Indeed, I know which show you're about to ( or you will, somewhen ) release. And somewhen, during a conversation between him and me, since he's my brother, I also let him know about that exclusive. I won't tell who let me know about that, 'cause you'd probably kick the shit out of them, but yes, I know what it is. And, of course, I won't give anybody the information. I did to my brother, but hey, he's family. I'm trustworthy every other where.

  7. Any yet, by posting this you've already done that person a disservice. There are a limited number of people who know, so it won't be impossible to figure out who might be giving up the information.

And so ? It's not like it was a national secret, it's just about a live performance. The fact is that I will keep my mouth closed, then the person who thought he could trust in me realizes that they were right to do it. And I think I knew about that way before this became an LPLive secret.
