i want to know this as well.

I contacted Warner for the first wave of replacements, don't remember if I had to provide a proof of purchase but I got mine through a local retailer and I don't recall having the receipt...? Then they must've added me to their database after that since they were the ones to contact me for the second wave of replacements.

My advice would be gathering proof you own HT20, emailing Warner explaining your situation and attaching said proof, and hope for the best

Short rant about the Warner store:

They somehow think it's a great idea to ship all their European orders from the UK even after Brexit. So shipping to Germany for example costs 17 Euros which is already ridiculous. And since the box set costs more than 150€, you also have to pay import taxes/custom fees/whatever on top of that. I guess in the end you pay a premium of like 40-50 Euros to get the box set from the label directly which is ridiculous. I try to cut out another middle man like Amazon so the band can earn more money, and what do you get for it? A premium price. Amazing.

I guess having their home base for the EU in the UK made sense like years ago, but Brexit happened a couple of years ago and they had time to sort their shit out. The majority of European people live in EU states and they don't accommodate for that.

I'll order from another shop most probably then. What was the process of getting replacements for the HT20 box set back then when you ordered from Amazon for example? Does someone remember?

I'm not buying M20 rn because it's way too expensive but this is soooooooooo ridiculous... fingers crossed Amazon ES or Fnac stocks it at least for 199 (which I think is way too much but I haven't found anything below that). The Vinyl box set probably has the most idiotic price of all, I've seen it go for 99, wtf???

the Meteora site is a sidequest? so what would be the main quest?

That wouldn't make much sense, I think the "borowoods" hint is the side quest, as in something else other than the main focus right now (M20).

I don't see any sidequest on the website. and what is "borowoods"?

It's the hint Mike gave regarding his "side quest". The main guess is that it has something to do with Scream VI (borowoods = woodsboro, where Scream 1, 4 and 5 take place) which comes out March 10

The Funkopop on the left shelf, thats actually MTM. IDK why they put MTM funkopop.

    Mini-Recorder = Tapes

Key = Drawer (there must be a recovery drive).

Spray canister = paint (Making Of Meteora/The Art Of Meteora DVD)

MTV VMA Viewer's Choice 2004 trophy (spaceman) = Breaking The Habit

LP Tag = LP Tickets (on the bulletinboard)

Somebody Angry (but the word angry is crossed out) Broken = one of the Lost Demos track

Gundam Figure = Somewhere I Belong

Red Binder with unused Lithograph  = Work In Progress DVD

Meteora UK Platinum = Meteora UK Limited Album Edition

Two Stickers on the black drawer = Fort Minor

The mountainous pictures (from bulletinboard) = LP Live Tour in South Korea and Phillipines.

These were based on the list of M20thAE from Warner website.

I thought the Gundam figure was a reference to the Gundam ATS edition? Also the WIP DVD is in full display on the left side of the table

EDIT: My bad, forgot about the SIB mv.

I forgot to ask, but, are there any high resolution photos for the vinyl boxset, the CD set, and the digital download, or not?

Someone here had the images, if you search this or the other M20 thread you should find it.

In any case, the CD is a 3 CD set with Meteora, LPU Rarities 2 and Live Rarities 03-04 and the vinyl set is the same with Meteora and Live Rarities being 1 LP each and LPU being 2 LP.

I don’t see the point in releasing something like that on streaming services when it will not be a part of the boxset. Would confuse people as to why it wasn’t included and would be less incentive to genuinely want to spend over 200 bucks on something that doesn’t feel complete.

The Super Deluxe box isn't complete itself, if you want the LPU/Live Rarities LPs you'll have to get the Vinyl only box. Wouldn't surprise me if Warner made Lost 2002 a deluxe CD exclusive, like someone said earlier, to encourage double or triple dipping.

As a sidenote, this is more of a pet peeve and not really related to what you said, but despite including the Live in Texas audio via vinyl there's no CD with the ininterrupted concert or the video. Was kinda hoping the deluxe CD set would have that 😕

I think those of us who didn't buy it through Warner are just shit outta luck.

I didn't buy mine through Warner but I still got the replacements after applying for it back in 2021, they must've added me to their database after that since I just got the new replacements. If you contact Warner and provide them with proof of purchase it might work

I guess we will be having this with a better quality. With this and Making of Meteora, the last, new documentary seems to have the length of 27-28 minutes.

I was thinking about this, since Making of Meteora is 34 minutes, Art of Meteora is 17, and the whole DVD is almost 2 hours, surely the new doc is about an hour in length? Or am I missing something?

The 2002 mix would be the demo as they found it during this process.

The thinking at first was that we would get that demo, plus a remaster of sorts for that demo, touched up for release as a single in 2023.

The 2002 mix was listed in the original “leak” of the track listings for M20.

Was the 2002 mix the only difference from that leak to what we got from Warner?

rob drum demo is my biggest Meteora affair. I’m just biting my nails waiting for all this, god is very good to ride the hype train after all this time.

“She couldn’t” is a cool song but doesn’t sound nothing like other HT final tracks and I think the release only fed the closest fans of the band. I think is a very good way to “bring back” the band with a single that will sound just like the other Meteora songs, which was precisely what made them conquer so many people at that time.

I think releasing She Couldn't was an excellent choice because for the fans, it was something they'd heard before in an official capacity with better quality, and for the more casual listeners, it's a whole new side to Linkin Park they might not have known about. I remember quite a few people praising the song, having never heard it before, for that exact reason.
