Unknown (MTM?) Instrumental Track

I find this track on an unofficial fan album called Live and Rare (2009) but I think the actual recording of this snippet itself came from an LPTV Episode. the channel is spanish and my spanish friend commented to get more info on the track, I will edit this post if we get any new info. but this seems legit. Chester and Mike can clearly be heard in the background. Personally, this sounds like it could be from Minutes To Midnight.

it wouldnt be 3:15 it would be like 15 seconds or less.
