Rap Metal Remix of Fort Minor Remember The Name

Hello LP community, long time lurker here but I registered to share a remix track I just finished recording that might interest you (You can hang me if that's not the case 😜). It's a Nu Metal remix of Remember The Name from Fort Minor. They released this track under Creative Commons a while back and made the stems available to everyone. I only used the acap though. No loops were used here.

I can't say it sounds like Hybrid Theory because I wrote double kicks parts and the hi gain guitars have lots of 32nd notes. But still, I tried to reminisce flavors of this era.

Thank you, it's appreciated I get really mixed feelings from people about it because according to them it changes too drastically the original tune.

 

The best way to approach it is to consider it as a brand new track and not a remix.
