- The setlist from this show was originally incomplete and listed as 'Runaway', 'By Myself', 'In The End', 'A Place For My Head', 'Forgotten', and 'One Step Closer'. Piecing together bits from the recording and a show review, we are concluding that this show had the same setlist as Denver.
- After 'By Myself', Chester seems to get angry at someone in the crowd, the video's not clear what happened, but he asks "d'you wanna suck my dick? d'you wanna suck my fucking dick? tough guy? yeah, tough guy..." to someone in the front few rows.
- On the intro of 'A Place For My Head', Mike taunts the crowd to get them into a frenzy for the song... "you fuckers aren't crazy! you're not fucking crazy. bullshit! all you fuckers, are just a bunch of pussies! I don't know what to say for you guys. [unclear]? Are you gonna do it?"
