    - 'A.06' was confirmed to have been played at this show, randomly. pushmeaway.com stated, "Projekt Revolution 2003 highlights - Xzibit joined Linkin Park onstage for "Nobody's Listening" and even added his own little rap into it. There was also a guy break dancing during the song. Also at about the Tucson, Az show Joe and Brad began trading places - Joe would take over Brad's guitar while Brad went to the turntables. They also played A.06." Astat followed up with the person responsible for this info (later, in 2005) and confirmed it.

    - 'Nobody's Listening' was extended and Xzibit rapped a verse from 'My Name' over it. Joe and Brad swapped instruments on the song. In an LPU chat, Chester said this was the first time it had happened.

"Maiplaceo> Joe and Brad switching instruments is HILARIOUS, in Tucson, you

were right above Joe's area, did you guys know ahead of time that they were

    going to do that?

No that was not planned- I just gave Joe the guitar and Joe

played it. It was crazy fun (LOL hehe TTFN)"

    - This show was originally announced on the band's website and the Projekt Revolution website along with the rest of the tour. However, when it was announced that the two shows before this one were being postponed, this show disappeared without a trace from the tour itinerary. No announcement was made about it being cancelled. The announcement for the two shows before it read, "Due to a scheduling conflict with Linkin Park’s video shoot for their second Meteora single, they had to postpone two of the Projekt Revolution tour dates- ValleyCenter, KS and Council Bluffs, IA. They plan to reschedule both these tour dates this summer- so stay tuned for more information." The music video for 'Faint' was shot on this day, the 30th, in Los Angeles, so we can assume that the shoot is the reason this show was cancelled.

    - On June 2, 2003, an announcement on the band's website stated, "Chester Bennington, vocalist for the rock band Linkin Park was admitted to a Los Angeles area hospital last Friday afternoon after an attack of severe back and abdominal pains. Bennington remains hospitalized as doctors are still trying to determine the cause of these ailments. All touring and video shoot plans in Europe have been put on hold this month as we make sure Chester fully recovers. We wish him the best, and will keep everyone posted as to his condition."

    - Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, 3 Doors Down and Steve-0 (who was still in jail) all canceled their appearances at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park 2003. Placebo was the official replacement announced on the 4th before the festival. Pinkpop switched its schedule around (after being asked by Marek Lieberberg Konzertagentur) to make Placebo be able to play Rock am Ring and Rock im Park so that their gear is there in time.

    Tour Diary:

First of all I'd like to thank everyone from fans & bands to my friends, and the hospital staff who have been very supportive and understanding of my situation. I finally got out of the hospital over the weekend after 9 days, and the doctor instructed me to rest for the next 2 - 3 weeks. Right now it seems like it was some bacteria or virus that spread throughout my intestines and body, putting me in intense pain. It also would not let me eat for a week. My doctors and nurses were amazing, and very helpful during my stay.

We are working on when we will be making up the missed European headline dates, and I am really bummed we had to miss the festivals. I plan on playing our warm up show in Las Vegas on June 27th, and ripping everyone's face off this summer on SUMMER SANITARIUM. I also wanted to say I truly appreciate the tens of thousands of get-well emails I got from fans. Our fans really are the best in the world.

    - The band unfortunately had to cancel their 2008 appearance at the same festival, making it the only festival they have cancelled twice on. In 2008, it was due to Brad being sick.

    - In Flames replaced Linkin Park on the bill. They wore self made "LINKIN FLAMES" shirts on stage since they are fans of the band. Xzibit also canceled.

    - This was going to be Linkin Park's first show in Sweden, after a Stockholm show in 2001 was canceled. The band's first show in Sweden did not come until May 2007.

    - Chester came out during the Deftones' set and sang 'My Own Summer' with them. This was the second known time (after a Rochester Deftones headlining show earlier in the tour) that he joined them for the song in 2003.

    - If you happen to have or know a full or partial setlist for this show, please let us know!

    - A recording was listed for this show, being added in November 2014. When we received the files from the taper, it was actually the Limp Bizkit recording from this show. The taper confused the two, and ended up not recording Linkin Park at all. The source was removed in June 2015.
