I have tickets to the show at the palace of auburn hills and on my receipt it says my seat type is FL9. Im assuming the FL means floor, what does the 9 represent?

I'm from Toronto and it's really frustrating as the closest place is Detroit. Looks like I won't be seeing them this year.

As the title states, why aren't LP touring in Toronto and Montreal for the upcoming tour. They are the two biggest cities in Canada, and much bigger than Calgary or Edmonton. They always go and usually have great shows there. Chester even tweeted about Montreal having the loudest crowd. So what gives?
