- The setlist (US Set C) was changed yet again, moving 'What I've Done' up out of the encore and adding a full 'Papercut' to the encore instead of having it mid-set. A full 'Lying From You' was played mid-set as well.
- Mike rapped verse two of 'Until It Breaks' over the intro to 'Waiting For The End'.
- Mike sang part of the lyrics to 'Numb/Encore' over the outro of 'Numb'.
- 'Bleed It Out' featured the Beastie Boys' 'Sabotage' bridge.
