Sabi Posted November 22 Posted November 22 I know this is a pretty random topic and it’s been a long time, but I was recently browsing Linkinpedia and reading about Until It’s Gone. It got me wondering about the actual story behind it not being part of the Transformers: Age of Extinction soundtrack. Was UIG ever seriously considered for the TF4 soundtrack? Do we know why it wasn’t included, and if Michael Bay had any role in that decision? So far, the only detail I’ve seen is Andy Wallace’s involvement and the note about the early mixing. I’m curious if there are any other sources, interviews, or behind‑the‑scenes details floating around. Does anyone know more details or remember any interviews where this was talked about? Quote
bloodbath Posted November 23 Posted November 23 Other people can tell you the story better than I, but for sure UIG doesn't fit with THP and, in my opinion, shouldn't have been included. Seems that, after the rejection, they didn't know what to do with the song and ended up there. BTW: I hope someone knows the real reason why they stopped playing the song Quote
