    - Before 'Leave Out All The Rest', Chester started complimenting Mike, which led Mike to say that Chester had a nice butt.

    - This show was advertised through an Music For Relief "Meet The Band" eBay auction as being in Istanbul, Turkey at the Kuruçesme Arena. - At the time, Music For Relief would auction off a pair of M&G passes for the band each show via an online eBay auction, which usually went for a significant amount of money. In the case of this show, Music For Relief posted eBay auctions for most shows on the band's European Tour in June 2008 all at once. This show in Istanbul was listed at Kuruçesme Arena. However, once we reported on the show, the auction was removed and a show in Mannheim, Germany for the same day was added at a later date. Linkin Park ended up later kicking off their 2009 Summer Tour in Istanbul, but at Istanbul Park.

    - Mike rapped verse one of 'Petrified' over the intro of 'Points Of Authority'.

    - Before 'Reading My Eyes', Mike said, "We're not in the habit of introducing our songs. Do you want to introduce the next song?". Chester replied, "This song is so old, that when it was written, I wasn't even in the band!".

    - On the first verse of 'Reading My Eyes', Chester went to the side of the stage and kissed his wife. On the second verse, he went back again and kissed her and danced with her as well.

    - Chester sang the chorus to 'Reading My Eyes' in a lower pitch like he did earlier in the tour in Vilnius, Lithuania.

    - The band thanked the crowd a lot, with Chester saying "We couldn't ask for a better audience at our first concert here. We have the best fucking fans!"

    - Fans that met Linkin Park through a competition, backstage, gave the band a Greek flag and Mike put it on his keyboard during the show.

    - The band dedicated 'Bleed It Out' to the touring crew.

    - This was Linkin Park's first show in Greece.

    - The band performed the extended outro on 'Given Up', but played a rather short version of 'Bleed It Out'.

    - Before 'In Pieces', Chester said, "This is the best show in an Apple store we’ve ever played. No...I'm serious."

    - After 'Bleed It Out', Mike asked the fans if they wanted another song or if they wanted the band to sign autographs. The fans replied they wanted the band to sign, so they ended the show there.

    - This was technically an unannounced performance, but on February 18, Mike posted on his blog, "today, we won our second german “echo” award! for those of you in the US, this is the equivalent of the grammy. thanks germany! in other news, we’re in the middle of the tour with coheed and cambria and chiodos. it’s going great–those guys put on a great show. looking forward to our first show at madison square garden this week (sold out)! also, look forward to a special show that we’re doing in NYC in conjunction with apple…shh…it’s a secret… by the way, i put a live version of “in between” from columbus, OH, on myspace.com/fortminor. -mike" The Echo Award was for International Group Of The Year.

    - However, the performance was advertised on New York City-area radio stations and was invitation-only for 200 radio contest winners along with industry friends and professionals. Billed as playing at 11:55pm, the band took the stage after midnight. The show was recorded for an iTunes release in March.

    - After the Staples Center show in March 2008, Mike posted on his blog, "next, the iTunes SoHo performance. in case you haven’t heard, we played a secret show at the SoHo apple store in NY. it was awesome…the tracks are now available for purchase on iTunes. go check them out!"

    - Other proshot clips are available on YouTube and High Quality video via Apple.com here. A backstage video was released to the LPU entitled "Live in Soho".

    - See also The Daily Swarm's coverage with photos here.

    - This is the first time that the version of 'My December (Piano Version)' was included on any live release.

    - The band performed for the first time a brand new version of 'Wake', entitled 'Wake 2.0'.

    - Chester pulled off the full scream on 'Given Up'.

    - 'Lying From You' was performed with a new intro, titled by us as the 2008 Intro.

    - Busta Rhymes and Spliff Star joined the band for 'We Made It'.

    - This was a "secret show", and was by invitation only from the LPU. Only fourteen fans were chosen to attend. They were blindfolded and taken from Warner Bros HQ in Hollywood to Third Encore, the location of the band's rehearsal spot. Mike said that this was the first time ever that any fans had ever been let into the band's rehearsal studio.

    - 'Fell On Black Days' by Soundgarden was listed last on a draft of the setlist, between 'Leave Out All The Rest' and 'We Made It'. It was going to be performed by Chester and Chris Cornell but it did not happen for an unknown reason. When Projekt Revolution 2008 started, Chester actually joined Chris for 'Hunger Strike' instead.

    - It was announced after the performance that Busta Rhymes would join Linkin Park on the Projekt Revolution Tour.

    - After the performance, the band handed out setlists to fans. The "Set X" setlist (played at the first show of the European Tour in Denmark) had 'No Roads Left' in the first encore spot with 'What I've Done' and 'Faint'. These May 2008 rehearsals were when the song was practiced and was going to be in the set, but the band decided against it and replaced it with 'Pushing Me Away' (Piano Version). According to the band's crew, the song was later considered to be an alternate for 'We Made It' on Projekt Revolution 2008, but it never ended up being played. In a LPU chat in 2009, Rob said, "Not sure if we will play No Roads Left live, we did try it out and didn’t love the way it came across live." In another LPU chat in June 2011, Mike said, "We played it in practice once or twice and it doesn't really sound good."

    - Linkin Park played a shortened setlist. Dropped songs from this set were 'Don't Stay', 'Valentine's Day', and 'In Pieces'. 'Pushing Me Away' was played in it's piano form instead of the regular album version.

    - 'Breaking The Habit' was played as a keyboard-and-vocal only performance, like 'Pushing Me Away', for the first time ever. It featured the piano intro. This is also the first time that 'Breaking The Habit' has ever opened the setlist.

    - Only Mike and Chester appeared on stage until 'What I've Done'.

    - The first verse of 'Hands Held High' acapella was done over a keyboard piece and led into the 'What I've Done' album transition from 'Shadow Of The Day'.

    - Mike rapped verse one of 'Petrified' over the intro of 'Points Of Authority' and verse one of 'There They Go' over the outro.

    - A Canadian flag was put on Mike's keyboard before 'Leave Out All The Rest'.

    - 'Crawling' was performed without an extended 'Krwlng' intro.

    - Halfway through 'A Place For My Head', the lights went out. The band played the rest of the song in darkness. The lights came back on right near the end of 'One Step Closer'.

    - This was the first time a full piano version of 'Breaking The Habit' had been performed live.

    - The band was still stuck on the runaway at the airport as of 8:00pm, trying to clear customs. They weighed several options, which included taking a helicopter to the show. They arrived at seperate times to the show. At the Meet and Greet later on, Phoenix abruptly said to a fan that "Mike has just arrived". The only two band members that were at the LPU M&G were Phoenix and Chester.

    - Scott from Stone Temple Pilots asked during the Stone Temple Pilots set where "his friend Chester" was. He was inviting him to come on stage and sing, like Chester did in 2001 with the band, but Chester was busy doing the Meet and Greet at the time.

    - Mike rapped verse one of 'Petrified' over the intro of 'Points Of Authority' and verse one of 'There They Go' over the outro.

    - It rained heavily the entire time the band was performing. This caused Brad to come out with a yellow poncho on.

    - Chester mixed up a few lines in the first verse of 'In Pieces'.

    - At the festival, all fans were given little devices that had blinking red lights. Mike asked all the fans to take these and their cell phones out before 'Leave Out All The Rest'.

    - Mike played a keyboard piece over the intro to 'Crawling' like he did a few shows earlier at Milton Keynes.

    - Brad only played half of the guitar part for the first verse of 'One Step Closer'.

    - Clips of 'Somewhere I Belong', 'Lying From You' and 'No More Sorrow' from this show were shown in an interview with Mike and Brad on Musique Plus TV.

    - There was no opening band at this show. This festival ran for several days and featured a different band each day.

    - The 'Just Like Heaven' keyboard/vocal cover (The Cure) was performed by Mike for the first time since the Winter North American Tour earlier in 2008. He made it a note to point out that it was played due to Albuquerque being canceled when the band was playing the cover earlier in the year.

    - This was the make-up date for the Albuquerque show that was canceled earlier in the year on the Winter North American Tour, where Chester was sick. This was not a Projekt Revolution Tour show.

    - This show was announced on October 3, 2008, just three days beforehand. A press release on the Verizon Wireless website read: "LAS VEGAS, NV — The University of Nevada Las Vegas has won the Verizon Wireless “Remix2Win with Linkin Park” national contest thanks to Valerie Cossio, Class of 2009, who submitted the winning remix. Cossio’s prize, as a representative of UNLV, is a private Linkin Park concert for 2,000 of her fellow Rebels. The concert will be held at The Joint in Las Vegas on Oct. 6, 2008, and those who attend will also hear Cossio’s winning remixes of Linkin Park’s hit songs “Crawling” and “In the End.”"

    - On October 6, 2008, Verizon Wireless released another press release about the show saying, "LAS VEGAS, NV — Following a statement issued by Linkin Park regarding the cancellation of tonight’s concert for UNLV due to the injury of lead singer Chester Bennington, Verizon Wireless’ Ed Ruth, director of digital music for Verizon, said the following: “Verizon Wireless congratulates the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Valerie Cossio for winning the ‘Remix2Win with Linkin Park’ national contest. We sincerely regret that tonight’s concert has been cancelled due to these unforeseen circumstances. Verizon Wireless will be in contact with the University and Valerie as soon as more information is available about the band’s health and schedule.”" The official announcement by Linkin Park read: "Los Angeles, CA (October 6, 2008) - Linkin Park has been forced to cancel tonight's concert at the The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel, as lead vocalist Chester Bennington has sustained a back injury and is under doctor's orders to rest. Linkin Park sincerely regrets this unavoidable cancellation and apologizes to fans for any disappointment caused." Mike posted this on his blog: "FROM MIKE: We're bummed...Chester hurt his back, and is in quite a bit of pain. Please think good thoughts for our friend."

    - Instead of rescheduling the show, the band flew Valerie to Europe to see them perform on July 21, 2009 in Athens, Greece along with giving her a M&G pass.

    - The day after this show was supposed to take place, the band canceled their Asia Tour.
