  1. can i buy anything without a paypal?
  2. I've seen some of the shipping prices, oh my gosh... F that, I'll be content with a Digital Download. People who only bought the download, are youg uys doing okay? No bugs? What happened to Geki is bullshit, obviously they didn't think this out very well.
  3. A SOMEWHERE I BELONG DEMO!!??? OMG MY DREAM CAME TRUE
  4. PM sent In my LT case I found an expired LPU membership, it's from when LPU11 was still live. It says "All LPU members have exclusive access to purchase a CD or DIGITAL DOWNLOAD of the LPU11 album and other rare Linkin Park music tracks" So, maybe I can get a download also?
  5. Question. I've never bought a membership before.. In the website, it tells me I need a promo code to access stuff. If I buy the cheapest pass they have ($25?) Will that give me the code I need? And I'll be able to buy the CD's, right? Sorry, I'm a noob but I am or sure buying this.
  6. I want another pre-Hybrid Theory demo. So Far Away, Slip, and Blue were all amazing.
  7. I agree, that would be a smart thing to do. The file size difference between 192 and 320 is not much at all, but the sound quality is ridiculously noticable, 320 sounds good enough to me.. SO yeah, I don't see why they wouldn't give it to us. So, if I did buy it twice (if no one gave me a link), would they be $1 each? I remember seeing the LPU12 CD was $1 extra onto your membership or something?, if I buy both the digital and physical, would it just be $2 extra onto the memebership? I plan on getting the cheapest package because I couldn't use the benefits of the $60 or whatever it is to its full potential and worth.
  8. I don't want to hear "shame on you" or "how dare you, you can't ask that on here", because I don't want to be that guy.. but.. I'm torn between a decision. Should I buy the digital download of LPU 13, or is the quality bad? It would be worse because my pair of headphones just went out on me and all I'm left with is my huge ass monitors hooked up to my receiver and then my AKG k240's, so I'd be able to hear crappy compression. I've heard it's only 192kbps, which is garbage IMO.. OR, should I buy a physical copy, and maybe someone who does buy the digital version could hook me up on MEGA so I could have it to tie me over until the physical copy is shipped to my house? (pleaseeeeee) And is the CD in lossless or is it also in MP3? I'm still going to buy a copy no matter what, and I'm buying a membership no matter what.. I just don't know what to do. Thank you to anyone in advance.
  9. I agree with you so much on this. They literally just don't fit, especially when the guitars are playing, the kick drum hits on the wrong areas for them to pop out, so it's awkward sounding. I think a slower, more "raw" drum track would of been better, but it would of killed the ATS vibe it had. Ah well. As you said, the lyrics and melody are amazing. I actually prefer this chorus structure because it's more original and not a What I've Done/BITS/New Divide/ALTNC cover up in terms of chord progression. The bass on the early parts of the song gave me chills, also.
  10. After listening to it some more I really don't like the drums, they don't seem to fit IMO.
  11. Some of you are a bit too rough on here.. Not everyone knows how everything works and being rough on people draw more people away from the community because they don't want to get their asses reamed out for saying something wrong. I listened to the released song, and I do love how it builds up, towards the end things get strange but it's a hell of a song. It doesn't sound rushed in terms of mixing or anything so I'm sure they really did love this version as Mike said. And it looks like "Has It Leaked?" Was right about the release date, now that's interesting. I can't wait for this CD.
  12. Is that the official album artwork? Or is that simply a filler?
  13. I'm not 100% sure on how accurate it is on release timing, but if you want to know if something had leaked, you need to bookmark that website. The site had Recharged labeled leaked the very second it leaked, and had legitimate links for you to get the music. I wouldn't exactly trust this site with the timing since it states "Will be released in the middle week of November, like all Underground albums." not all LPU albums have been released in November if I recall correctly, only since LPU 9, but who knows. It seems like Friday would be a more reasonable release date.. but I'm happy it's right around the corner regardless. Thank you for clarifying it, I now see how my original comment was pretty confusing.
  14. Has It Leaked? claims the album comes out in 5 days.
  15. They were being somewhat arrogant and rough to some people who had asked questions, but I guess I can understand where it came from since a good portion of the questions were ridiculously stupid. Like one girl asked "I want to be famous where do I start??", they commented "Therapy.", and someone asked "When does the new CD come out?" they said "When it's done"
  16. They are having a Facebook Q&A. Some questions I have seen answered that matter.. "Will the new album be death metal?" = "No." 'What will the new album be about?" = "We are still working out a concept." "How come you guys went with this new style instead of reverting back to an album like Meteora or Hybrid Theory??" = "Constant exploration, experimentation, evolution. It's not a straight line (in other words, we're not traveling away from the first album); for example ATS->LT" "Do you think that Linkin Park will ever revisit the days of Hybrid Theory or Meteora?" = " Donington Park between June 13 and 15." "Will you be playing "Hybrid Theory" in it's entirety for other UK arena shows?" = "I would say it's unlikely we'll play the whole thing." "Will Fort Minor ever return?" = "I have no plans at this time, but I'm open to it." "Of what kind will be your next album? More similar to Living Things or another type?" = "Different, or course." "Why you don´t remixed IN MY REMAINS ?" = "GREAT QUESTION. We actually didn't get a great remix of the song. We liked all these remixes a lot more...maybe that means we got it right on the original of IN MY REMAINS? HA" I'll post more if I see any other ones that catch my eye.
  17. I agree with you about the whole rushing thing, I'd rather suck it up and wait it out a bit longer.
  18. https://www.indabamusic.com/people/826386270?tab=overview Here is my submission, feedback? I'm pretty happy with it to be honest, everyone else seemed to have taken the EDM/Dubstep route, not me.
  19. Well, I had just finished sitting here for the night making up my remix, and recording guitar parts, for 9 HOURS, and I have no idea how I came up with what I did, but it is NOT heavy, or MTM sounding, so I apologize for getting your "hopes up", Geki.. lol. I tried pitch shifting some of the vocals so I could change up the progression so I wouldn't have "What I've Done", but it was a nightmare. So I tried other stuff, and I think playing the vocoder and piano together got to me (I absolutely love the effect in the song, it was a perfect addition), it is ridiculously different from the original, and alot.. simpler? I can't even put it under a genre.. Lmao. There is no EDM or dubstep whatsoever, it's raw. And this is only a rough cut, I still have a long time to tweak things, or just throw the whole thing away. The song just has nothing going for it to be a heavy/rock song IMO. I look forward to having you guys hearing it when the time comes.
