Amazing job! Thanks for everyone involved in the project.
I can say for sure that I become more excited about "Echo in the Way". Since the Extended version of Making of Meteora showing in the Demo Names Board that had a "Session" version with vocals, I was anxious to hear some version with vocals. Maybe we never be able to hear the "original version", but I'm glad we have a great song as Echo in the Way to fill the void.

Yesterday my long-standing wish would be fulfilled thanks to you and everyone who worked on this wonderful album. The quality of the tracks and the album as a whole is incredibly fantastic.
Thanks to all creators, you are awasome.
Im glad you guys enjoyed it, from the get go I wanted this to feel like its own album but yet be respectful to the band and it been something they'd approve if they heard.
"Echo In The Way" was a risk in my mind, considering having original vocals and lyrics, but the guys did such an amazing job they killed it!

If I were to create a Genius album page for the album, what would the artist for the album be credited to? I credited it to LPLive on my Apple Music/iTunes (when I added it myself), but should it be that or Various Artists if I were to add the album (along with all the remixes)?
Thats cool of you! i think LPLive or is fine and credit LP songs used on tracks
Im editor there so i can verify what you make

This thing is not even out but you guys should do an EP with the Lost Demos remixes.
15 hours ago, NJPLP said:Day One includes the first verse of "Resolution". I'm pretty positive it got name off the "bringing you back to day one" line in "Resoultion".
There is Lost on the album, and Day One will give you the Resolution satisfaction.
Additionally, not part of the album, but made by members of our team there are these remixes i personally enjoyed!

Honestly amazing!! I'm new to this page, do you have more remixed albums made by the community?
Thanks looking forward to see everyone’s favorite remixes. There are Reliving Things (2013) and Viscera (2014) by LPA, some producers from those albums also worked on Refraction!

This isnt what most hoped, but i think it still includes cool stuff. Yeah id also rather have a couple new tracks with this but Part 2 could be a new track, also the intro could be its own thing, FM remix is DOPE and Fine is my fav MS track so im glad to get a remix for that one. At least the remixes seem to be unique and not sped up, slowed or nightcore versions, so Im looking forward to give am all a listen. In My Head was unwanted but expected, but also all the visuals that have came with this are insane

I was considering taking this down as it hadn't received any donations from the LP community, but as the first donation from the LP community has been made, I will let it run.
As it stands, that person will walk away with everything for $10, so give them some competition, and let's raise money for a great cause.I believe that was me, itd be great if I walk away with everything! 🤣 Best of luck to everyone, and hope you achieve your goal

Well if can speculate, id guess they made contact with Mike about booking him and Mike was possibly open to it but didnt really know with who or how, cause its always either LP or SOB or Dan/Matt. So they keep it open as a possibility in case he makes up his mind and forms a lineup, or something like that. I think he is just used to always be with other people on stage that touring alone sounds boring to him, so if he comes back he will have "friends", in one form or another.

Personally I dont see Collision Course been easy to do simply because they need to work with JayZ's team to do that and i dont think they will bother cause that sounds like a lot of trouble to me. Coordination on HT20 and M20 wasnt the best, imagine involving another party in the mix. They couldnt make a box set like these either but pretty much everything they can include has already been metioned.
Full Roxy show, extended making of, Numb/Encore/Yesterday, Jay Z's Public Service Announcement live, Mike's mashup demos, DJ al-b3's demos since they have been confirmed to exist in Warner's internal cds, instrumentals and acapellas.
Thatd make a decent small box set for sure but I just dont see it happening. However what sounds more possible to me and has a lot more material to make it happen too is a Fort Minor anniversary! If Mike likes the idea he could easily get into it and he has lots of stuff to work with! Itd be super cool , and could make a proper box set too!

i dont think the quality of Deftest realy matters that much, its an important historical piece and i never thought i would even get to hear a snippet of it in my lifetime. exciting stuff.
Totally agree! How many huge bands like LP have their very first bedroom demo out? Im guessing not a lot haha, def a cool piece of history.

Donate Now? Not bid? lol
There are 2 options. You have the option to donate, starting at 5$, to the charity. And of course you have the option to bid for the tape starting at 2k. Please people be careful with that since the website is a little confusing!
On other news the official track order is confirmed to be: Dialate, Fuse, Deftest, Stick N Move -

Mike is exactly right when he said the song is bad - the snippet on Archive is really quite bad. Choosing Dialate over Deftest for HT20 was a smart move.
Dialate > Deftest agreed for sure. However I think its really cool to have Deftest as a piece of memorabilia, its "the first LP song" afterall. Honestly considering it is the first Xero demo they made, I originaly expected Deftest to be a lot worse tbh haha.

UPDATE:
Serio Drew: Excuse me, we are all a little confused about the auction. Did some did a "buy now" on the tape?
Unknownwake: No I'm waiting to hear back from support and I'm ready to literally fight, everything with this auction platform has been a headache. i will keep you updated. So apparently just the website have messed up big time and the auction haven’t even started. We will try to keep everyone updated as soon as we have more info.

how are you guys so sure? maybe some assholes gonna hog the tape all by themselves
I mean thats the biggest possibility tbh haha, we just discussing the scenario that someone who cares for the community gets the tape lol.

The "Rhinestone" we got as a part of the Forgotten Demos CD as a part of HT20 is the 1998 re-recorded version, not the 1997 baby cassette tape version, so it isn't entirely complete.
Yeah ik its the Crow/Zomba Sampler version, but what I meant is if we hopefully get a higher quality of SnM and Fuse from this tape we will have all baby tape songs in higher quality, honestly wish all of em were re-recorded in the studio like Rhinestone lol. But prolly it was only SnM in a different version closer to the Chester one I assume.
-
Stick N Move, Fuse and Dialate are probably the exact same versions we have, yet will sound different.
Stick N Move and Fuse will hopefully be an upgrade quality wise, if the rip is good. And considering we already got upgraded versions of Reading My Eyes and Rhinestone, this could give us a better sound to the complete baby tape.
Dialate will also probably sound different, but more raw in this case, since the HT20 version was polished/remastered, so we will get a sound closer to baby tape tracks in this case.

If it came out weekly it'll roughly be 110 episodes excluding specials and holidays (if they had them).
Did you take into consideration the NBA season and not all throught the year? Honestly watching em isnt the problem, we got enough people to watch em all pretty quickly, getting the episodes is the hard part, and then hopefully recognizing the track.

How many episodes were in a season of NBA Inside Stuff? I'm looking around online and I can't even find that. lol
As mentioned it used to be a weekly program back then, so for a period of 2 years that we looking for, A LOT.

Even though its not been discussed to do an instrumental release its not out of the question, we might drop it at some point 😁
About the multitracks itd be up to each producer to share, in this case DirtyBlup!
Thats true, there was a big lack of multitracks/stems for Meteora yet we really tried the best we could to bring some new quality LP music. You are always welcome to hop onboard for the next one!
