Uncirculated means that just the taper has it, not? so itsnt uncirculated since more than 5-6 peoples got this dvd. Its just a view point, NYC shows are not rare since it was released in 3 in 1 DVD, and the upgrade was uncirculated because most of the traders that had this upgrades, they are inactives nowadays.
