Awesome. If that's intended as the release/start date for LPU12, we should be getting a tracklist this week, in theory.

I'm thinking the LPU12 CD is going to be available at the summit. Online signup will probably happen around the 15th or so.

I thought so too but I think Adam confirmed on twitter a while back that it won't be available at the summit. Also I don't want the tracklist to be revealed at the summit, I rather have some sort of official news about, that we all get to know it at the same time.

From what I remember we didn't get the tracklisting early for the last 2 CD's right?

There was no summit around that same time last year, maybe you mean the LPU10, which was sold at the London summit

That could mean that those eight songs are songs we haven't heard a single second of, while the other two (? there are going to be ten tracks, right?) are demos of songs we've already heard.

Memberships are 12-month deals. I joined LPU11 in March; my membership, then, should last through to next March.

Anyone who renewed the day LPU11 launched expires on the 16th. If the launch of LPU12 takes longer than that, they'll probably extend everybody's memberships by however long they need to give everyone a chance to renew without expiring (although under the new login system, you can still log in with an expired account for up to 2 months after your expiration date, you just can't access any website features without purchasing another membership). They've done the same thing in the past.

HELL FUCKING YES. Those were fucking MTM demos that I wanted!!!! SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!!

 

I also remember the word ''Abestos'' on a making of from LP. I swear. I can't remember what one though.. And ''So Far Away'' sounds like a song with vocals. Wonder what album that is from. I'm thinking either Meteora or maybe even MTM.

LPU11 was great to me.

 

But anyway, even we can't tell if this CD will be less powerchords heavy or not , there's still a high chance we get at least 2 or 3 songs with it. Meteora or HT demos will probably have some. Maybe even the MTM ones. (which would be great to me, since the MTM powerchords songs are such different and heavier than their other powerchords songs!)

It's usually either been right at midnight (Pacific time), or sometime mid-day during business hours. Probably depends on whether or not they got everything done the night before the scheduled launch date.

 

I really don't think it's coming out today though. They generally give some kind of advance notice when the new version launches. Could still be any time this month, really (though I'd expect they'd have it out by Thanksgiving to take advantage of the initial holiday shopping rush).
