KeysToTheLinkinPark
OK Olympic Stadium in Berlin is absolutely wild. That will be one hell of an expensive summer. Luckily I have family in Berlin so I can stay there for free and do not need a hotel. I would be happy if My Chemical Romance, Yellowcard, Fall Out Boys, Bring Me The Horizon or Paramore would join Linkin Park day! not the forum for that tho Edited November 13 by littletiagoboy Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/17861-linkin-park-set-to-announce-world-tour-on-thursday/page/5/#findComment-337230 Share on other sites

I guess the only stadiums they could "sell out" in my opinion, in Madrid, would be Getafe and Butarque (Leganés). Don't expect playing at Metropolitano... Bernabeu is way too big for them. I try to be realistic. There is a TON of hype for LP in Spain, like it or not They could comfortably fill up 60k at Bernabeu (unlikely atm due to the issues with the venue and loud noise), or the Metropolitano Realistically they will be playing Mad Cool, which lets remember is located at the street prostitution capital of Spain, full of heroin junkies. Do LPU members get front pit at festivals too? AntonioLinkin
I was in the front row at the Download Festival in Madrid in 2017 at the magic box, speaking of 2025, I saw them at the ResurrectionFest or BarcelonaRockFest, I don't see them at a less rock "festival" like Madcool, before that I see them doing a tour by themselves, I was last Sunday at the Vistalegre watching Falling in Reverse, but I think that venue would be too small for them. The better location for Mad Cool was, Valdebebas or La Caja Mágica. Dude I'm realistic. Just take a look to previous tours. Sadly we don't have a place where they could fit properly. Wizink Center would be great but... In 2022 Mad Cool had Metallica, Thrice, Placebo, Muse, Deftones, Fever333 and few more rock names. Resurrection is a small festival, it doesn't have the budget to get a big name like LP and fill the rest of their lineup. Oh great, but Resurrection small? for me, not... they are in their 20th edition, and they have brought in big names like Slipknot several times and they repeat in 2025, Avenged Sevenfold, Sum41, Machine Head, Megadeath, Offspring, Pantera, Korn, Judas Priest...In my opinion I don't see it as a small festival for nothing. I know, but they have a very limited budget. Mad cool is like x10-20 bigger. This festival is ruled by "people" (not a big promoter) and Mad cool has LiveNation resources. And Resurrection cannot fight with bigger festivals like Wacken or Hellfest, They're playing in a higher league. Resurrection fest tried to negotiate with LP management last Sept at their O2 show in London, there are pictures of their booking agent at the show but I don't know if it went right or wrong. Capacity
I think the Bernabeu would be full or almost full. The Wizink would also be cool, but I think they aspire to bigger venues, although I'd like it to be there, I've been to several concerts and the hans zimmer event a few months ago and I like the acoustics. I hope they come back next year, I'm really looking forward to seeing them live again Quote Link to comment https://lplive.net/forums/topic/17861-linkin-park-set-to-announce-world-tour-on-thursday/page/5/#findComment-337250 Share on other sites

LPLStaff
$150 plus fees is what the two arena shows were so far. Likely keep with that. LPLStaff
Summer 2025 festival rumors: Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic - Rock for People (June 11-14) Nickelsdorf, Austria - NovaRock (June 12-14) Clisson, France - Hellfest (June 19-22) Werchter, Belgium - Rock Werchter (July 3-6) Lisbon, Portugal - NOS Alive (July 11-13) Madrid, Spain - Mad Cool Festival (TBD, July 2025) The tour was redone at some point in the past month or so due to the demand being higher than expected. There was talk of a show in Interlaken, Switzerland at Greenfield at that time, but nothing since. MikeDCT
From what I read, LP won't be playing at Novarock and Interlaken. Also, we are just sharing some thoughts, neither Mad Cool or Nos have said anything.
