- After 'Pushing Me Away', Kurt apparently brings something out to the stage (a guitar for Phoenix maybe?). Anyway, Mike says 'Thanks Kurt....make some noise for Kurt'. I noted this just because Kurt was the one that filled in for Chester on guitar for 'Shadow Of The Day' on the night be broke his wrist and the show following it. It was the first time in a recording that we have that the band mentioned him.
