Notes:
- When originally made, the setlists had different encore breaks. Set Y had an Encore 1 of 'Pushing Me Away' (Piano Version) and an Encore 2 of 'What I've Done' and 'Faint'. Set Y had an Encore 1 of 'Pushing Me Away' and 'Breaking The Habit' and an Encore 2 of 'A Place For My Head' and 'One Step Closer'. Set Z was not changed, it retained the original 1 encore it was planned to have.
- 'In Pieces' was replaced with 'Hands Held High' (partial a capella) at the 6/13 Seinajoki show.
- Mike rapped a verse of 'Reading My Eyes' during the bridge of 'Bleed It Out' at the 6/20 Venezia show.
- Jay-Z came out during the second encore at the 6/29 show at Milton Keynes. He and LP did the first half of 'Numb/Encore', and all of 'Jigga What/Faint' ('Faint' still had the normal extended ending), before LP closed the show with 'Bleed It Out'. The setlist of the LP set was different as well.

- At the 7/13 Québec City show, the band dropped 'A Place For My Head' from the setlist.
