Someone on LPA took out a good bit of the noise and posted it and you can hear it a lot better, still not fully clear. I like the way it sounds. It's upbeat. Looking forward to the HQ version and to the rest of the album!

Just heard the snippet (this always happens when you live in the UK, you sleep through everything) - it sounds fucking tight. Chester sounds amazing, really hitting the top end of notes and what I can make out of Mike's part, it sounds like a more HT style rapping from him. Definitely sounds like someone recorded it whilst a radio station though. If you haven't heard it, you're not missing a whole lot as the quality is APPALLING.

The verses are similar to Blackbirds or the chorus of Burning In The Skies. Chorus sounds powerful and it's great to hear some rapping in there as well

likely someone went to a pre-listening thing for reviewing purposes and had the phone recording in their pocket... alot of companies confiscate phones off reviewers before they hear tracks for this reason, I know Meteora was surrounded by tight security in the weeks prior to its release.

Music sounds like "Burning In The Skies" and vocals remind me "New Divide", but it's really hard to tell since the quality is very bad. After all I think it sounds very radio friendly, I was hoping for a more angrier song because of the title. But let's wait for the original version to come out before we make any conclusions.

I have to agree. How do we know it's this one Brazilian guy or whatever. I mean, it probably is, but there's the possibility it's not. Let's look at this this way, the snippet is appallingly incoherent. It sounds like it's being recorded in a studio (recording studio/radio station) and the snippet occasionally jumps etc (possible demo). Noone would have much need for a demo except LP.

Plus, the irony of a BRAND NEW user on that website with no other posts leaking this snippet under the name "NuMetal4U", when LP have battled/discussed that nu-metal label isn't lost on me.

Just a crazy idea.

The band would never leak such a bad quality on purpose.
We know they played it to other people, had it played at the video shoot, it's more likely it comes from something like this.

the guy who posted the song doesn't have it in HQ. he received from an anonymous source, but this 'source' is here in Brazil... I don't know who and where he works. but apparently this source have recorded the song with a voice recorder, inside his pocket.

My 2 cents on the leaked audio. Someone was doing a visit on the video set. It was recorded in their pocket, thus the horrible quality. Maybe each time the song skips or cuts is when they stopped on the set. Maybe?

Two things from my listen of the leak...

1) The quality is so, so bad

2) Sounds very pop-rocky from what I could hear

I like what I think It sounds like. I mean the vocals seem really cool. It seems like a good mix of every era of the band but I can't stand 100% behind that until a better quality snippet or the single is released.

Shouldn't lp.com get a new design soon? Like were probably only like 2 months away from the album release, less by the time Burn it Down is actually released. Thats if the leaked release date is right which I hope it is early June is perfect.

Why are distributors receiving the song a week before release?

I've been listening to the low quality rip a lot lately. It's definitely official, it's the real song. It sounds JUST like Chester and Mike, you have to equalize it a bit, but when you do, you can make out the lyrics. Also, Warner went ape shit and made people take down threads talking about this exact rip. Obviously it's real. Anyways, the track sounds really good, based on the melody alone. I know the lyrics to the chorus, but that's about it. It sounds very much like a MTM song, which makes me extremely happy since I am a die-hard MTM fan. It does sound like a step back from the sound they had with ATS, but it's not a bad thing. You can't judge the record based on this low quality rip, or even the single. Who knows. I'm really digging it though, I can't wait for the HQ version to come out.

Nope, because videos aren't recorded in one take with the song playing. If that were the case though, the audio would have to be edited because no one stops a set for just a second.

i solved the 1st puzzle, gone to another screen and says

from what i can see it seems you have to solve more puzzles as they are released
