Did the message get updated? Because when Mike posted something new on his blog last time, the message changed right after
I seriously doubt that Mike working on this mixtape is holding up the new album. We now how devoted that band is, especially at crunch time, and really especially Mike, so I'm sure Mike working on this is just him blowing off some steam and working on something fresh that doesn't have crazy fans and a record label up there asses about it. The album's already on its slow process of making its way to the world. I'm sure the guys are taking a breather before all of the promotion begins and especially the album release and touring.

Psst...99% of the posts saying "___ is holding up the album", are sarcastic lol. But you are probably right about them blowing off steam and such.

the music for the album is 99.99999% done guaranteed... they are prob just working the kinks out. i suspect some music in late july/august
