It's almost the winter season in the US, and that means Christmas is coming right along. I decided, well, since there's nothing really going on these days in terms of Linkin Park news, and I'm not burdened down with much work (besides LPLive 4.0 and some other associated projects), that I'd be in the mood to upload some audio shows.

Any requests? Anything goes here, actually. It's time to liberate some shows that have been "rare" for too long for all the wrong reasons, and it's time to get them out of the certain group of people that is holding them hostage. I already have quite a few good shows in mind, but does anyone have any audio shows from 2000-2008 that they'd like to see me upload and present to LPLive? I won't be doing one show a day, but probably one or two shows a week. Don't post silly requests, such as shows that are very common, shows that have no recording from them, or shows that aren't circulated at all (meaning LPLive staff doesn't have it at all).

Remember, LPLive is "for the fans, by the fans", so let me know what you'd like to hear. Check the Live Guide for some shows you haven't heard that you'd like to hear, and I'll see what I can do. As you said, it seems to have disappeared... I haven't seen that on anyone's list, anywhere. Older shows sometimes pop back into circulation but not often. Many of the older traders are long gone and have no interest anymore.



Side note: I could make a request of you as well. But I won't.

March 12, 2003..Roseland Ballroom, NYC. My first LP show.....it was insane...great venue. If anyone knows how I could get my hands on this show I would greatly appreciate it. Hit the Floor and Easier to Run were played....sick.

Guys... Just a few tips for these requests:

1) Make sure there's a recording from that particular show known and circulating.
2) Try to keep the requests to true audio sources rather than audio ripped from video.
3) If you know a show has been uploaded elsewhere (another site/rapidshare/megaupload/etc) that someone else has requested, please feel free to post the link. As a courtesy to the original poster, please quote their post and/or PM them the link directly.
4) There are likely only a handful of people who will fill most of the requests. Please be patient.

Also note that most of these are very basic, common show requests. This is meant to be something exclusive and meaningful, so I will be uploading the shows that haven't been released at all in any form rather than the basic shows that are being requested right now.

hey guys i was wondering if anyone had a decent recording of the 14.11.07 Melbourne show in Australia (night before Chester broke his wrist) ive looked everywhere and cant seem to find any recordings and since i was at that epic show i want to relive it again =]

I got a cool one. Remember the Lying from you ( Live Instrumental) that LPfuse released a while back when they hit a million views? All the information we managed to get out of Energy and a few other that know of the files was that it was at a soundcheck and was the same recording as where the "A.06 Vs my own summer" track came from. That would be a cool show to release!

Although I do remember, possibly Energy, saying that he didn't want to release the whole show because the person that supplied him with the audio may get in trouble...?

hmm, i see. my only hope was that maybe you have this show. im mainly interested in 2000/2001 shows and the only show that i seem to miss is seattle...
nevertheless, the pittsburgh dvd would be awesome (maybe someone upload it to dime?). it is one of my favourite video shows of all time.
i think linkin park were the best at their live shows around 2000/2001 because their shows had so much more energy and rawness to them.

I have .rar's for all these shows (except for the one in parenthesis, which I would like in .zip, that's my lone request here) and you all say those are "mp3s". So how do I get em to play? The only way I can get em to play is to convert em to .zip, but I can't find a reliable way to do that. So if you could tell me how to turn .rar's into music, then my only request is the one on top. Thanks. (And I do have a .rar of the 2007/12/08 one, I dunno if it's audio which theres not supposed to be or video... I can upload that if someone tells me how)
