The New Divide music video was released on iTunes as an alternative edit without the Transformers 2 movie footage! Check it out!
Note: It seems to be available only for the US so far.
You can also watch the video here. (works with Internet Explorer and maybe other browsers)

Thoughts on the different edit?

The video on iTunes is more performance footage where the transformers would be and joe used the some of the morphing effect when the band was playing towards the end of the video. There were also more shots of the girl mouthing lines to the song.

Oh you are right, I'll remove the link, watched at it quick and it looked like the right version. The site is also very slow.

Thats the link, its different from the one striked out in the first post.

Doesn't look like as much effort went into this cut then the orginal, it doesn't work as well to be honest.

Yeah it's ok, fixed the first post. There is just no video displayed in Firefox, but worked in IE for me.

Both versions are good. At least there isn't so much "transforming" effects in the edited version.

I just download it from iTunes. In my opinion a little bit better then the Transformers version.
I will love this video when you can see Megan Fox "dancing" without these special effects

You can see the girl at least 2 times pretty clear, for example at the end of this version and you can see it's not Megan Fox.
