The organization of this new festival had announce that famous international bands will be playing there, such as Lenny Kravitz, Linkin Park or Red Hot Chili Peppers.

This festival will take place in Tenerife (Canary Islands) from May 24th to 26th and will host around 80-100k people. This morning, fans found this link on the festival's website:
http://www.rockcoast...com/linkin-park

The festival's Facebook page can be found here. The last time LP played in Spain was the Madrid show in November 2010.

Thoughts?

If this is correct, The Offspring, Marilyn Manson and Iggy Pop will be performing there too. Time will tell! :)

Surprised it took this long for another tour date rumor to pop up.
So I've seen LP 29 times, and have seen APFMH 2 times. Ouch.

Should be: seen LP 29 times, seen APFMH 30 times because that shit explodes

RHCP was supposed to play here this month but it was pushed to March/April. So only a few months break for RHCP.

Then the place to watch LP outside of your own country (unless you're already there) is......

Germany.

Those fucking people go nuts for LP. That's like the LP world HQ for fans....blows the US shows out of the water. I know Brazil is really epic too but go to Germany or even Rock am Ring (damn) and you'll get an incredible experience.

I'm hoping for Sonisphere instead of this festival. Also, the Chili Peppers are confirmed to play at Rock in Rio Madrid in June, so I don't know... I guess if this is true I'll have to take a plane!
We will forsake our countries. We will leave our motherlands behind and become one with this earth. We have no nation, no philosophy, no ideology. We go where we're needed, fighting not for country, not for government, but for ourselves. We need no reason to fight. We fight because we are needed. We will be the deterrent for those with no other recourse. We are soldiers without borders, our purpose defined by the era we live in. We will sometimes have to sell ourselves and services. If the times demand it, we'll be revolutionaries, criminals, terrorists. And yes, we may all be headed straight to hell. But what better place for us than this?. It's our only home. Our heaven and our hell. This is Outer Heaven.

i don't think UK crowds are that amazing... and I'm saying this about my own country :P

"Science explains why something is, but not what it feels like.
Blood & Chemistry is about working out the world when neither satisfy you"

I go to lots of gigs
