27.06.2008 Berlin, Germany, Waldbühne

on the LFY intro, Mike rapped the 2nd line differently, he didn´t rap 'i wanted to be', he rapped 'she wanted to be'

same as Athens, 20 hits after POA and also after the outro

before BIO, mike rapped a tiny part of the first verse acapella style until brad joined him

I know this is only small, but to be more accurate on the 2008 page, on the 24th Jan, the band played in Nottingham at the "Nottingham Arena" The name of the arena has changed and is now called "Trent FM Arena Nottingham" I know this because I live in the city.
I don't know if it matters but it just a heads up if you want the archive to be accurate.

It doesn't matter how they are called now, we list them as they were called back then. It's simply too much work to keep up with all the current names. Some venues have been renamed very often.

--------------------

2008: Frankfurt 1/20, Köln 1/21, Berlin 6/27,

2010: Berlin 10/20, Stuttgart 10/22, Köln 10/27, Frankfurt 11/2
2011: Oberursel 6/19, Hamburg 6/21 (+ LPU Summit), München 6/25

-also, Chester was in the crowd on the Scottsdale show

Fact is people need to stop harshly slapping the "sellout" label on bands that NEVER ONCE claimed to be some anti-corporate entity. If you call any band a sellout that didn't have some explicit claim to integrity, you're really only saying "They changed and I cried."

6/21/2001, Mile High Stadium, Don't know if I have the right forum, but....

I think this show deserves special recognition on the "notes about the show" because of the fact that this show was almost banned due to Manson's being on Ozzfest. Because Manson was blamed for the Columbine shootings (which were very close to Denver), it was his first show in the Denver area since the shootings occured. All of this is mentioned in the Micheal Moore film, Bowling for Columbine.

Once again I'm gonna ask. Why does shoutbox, when closed, is separated into 2 fields, one for "+" and second for Shoutbox's title? It should have the same pattern (light and dark grey squares) and have "+" in the same line as title.

Hey, I saw this:
in this page: http://lplive.net/shows/20080812.php
It's on the site the medley is "Bloc Party" as intro and "There They Go" as outro
but, I realized that's not "bloc party", it's In Stereo verse 2.

I just wanna say this to you guys,
Thanks (without flag due rules)

We don't report ITE bridge acapellas unless it's very unique and also we only use the venue name for WHEN the show took place. We don't change it every time the venue changes its name. Thanks though smile.gif

SITE EDITS

1) on the Hartford, Connecticut PR08 page:

-After 'Crawling' the band presented Chris Cornell with balloons, a present, which was a midget named Maurice, and a birthday cake. Chester then prompted the crowd in singing 'happy birthday'.

2) Any reason why the 2008 Winter North American Tour page is incomplete?

One other little thing I found interesting as well was the little piece that the band played after "Breaking The Habit" on Projekt Rev 2007 in West Palm Beach (August 10th)

Well this is not really a correction but i think it would be cool to add this in the note area
9.01.07 Tinley ParK PR2007
right after The Little Things Give You Away.Chester mentioned how loud the crowd was by saying "Seriously you guys are like vibrating my brain"

Thanks for pointing out the WPB thing, I had never noticed that. I think thats the only time they did something like that. That is a terrific show and a terrific BTH along with a nice little instrumental piece and speech from the band that was seriously lacking in 2008. Nice observation.
