The Demo "Halo" could have very well been intended for the Halo 2 Soundtrack which included Hoobastank, Breaking Benjamin, and Incubus.

in case someone hasn't already updated this one -
1. the chorus for "Crawling" was based on the melody in the outro to the song "Blue", written in 1998. and 2.
