just found these:
nothing new, just some bootleg releases to update a few pages with. just so people know they're out there really...

Video source for Madison Square Garden, 2011
Source 1b: Video - PROSHOT (unknown)
Transfer: Unknown
Taper: Unknown (Sound Boxx)
Time: 84 mins
Format: unknown
Comments: Breaking the Habit and From The Inside missing. bootleg DVD-R: "Sanctuary" Sound Boxx, SB-120.
likely a re-release of the Fuse footage.

Video sources for Buenos Aires, 2010, São Paulo, 2010 and MTV EMA Madrid, 2010 (yes, yet more videos...)

Video - PROSHOT (unknown)
Transfer: Unknown
Taper: Unknown (Sound Boxx)
Time: 92mins
Comments: compilation bootleg DVD-R: "Awakening"Sound Boxx, SB-119
this is a compilation DVD - for Buenos Aires, this is a re-release of source 7 since it only goes from Papercut to What I've Done. for Sao Paolo, it's probably a re-release of source 1b, since it only includes New Divide, Numb, BTH, Crawling, OSC and WID, but I have my doubts that it's just 1b since the site claims it also includes Numb (but then again the site could be wrong...). finally, for MTV EMA Madrid, this DVD re-releases source 3.

I saw these. Do you think they are worth listing? I haven't had a chance to check but I'm pretty sure these are just made from stuff they downloaded somewhere, which would be the sources already listed on the show pages.
Pretty much every LP proshot seeded on Dime gets made into one of these japanese bootlegs.

Maybe we should make a list of all the bootlegs sometime, but on the other hand some just seem to be crap.

--------------------
2007: Berlin 4/28, Hamburg 5/27, Rock im Park 6/2
2008: Frankfurt 1/20, Köln 1/21, Berlin 6/27,
2009: Graz 7/23, Zürich 7/28, Stuttgart 7/30, Gräfenhainichen 8/2
2010: Berlin 10/20, Stuttgart 10/22, Köln 10/27, Frankfurt 11/2
2011: Oberursel 6/19, Hamburg 6/21 (+ LPU Summit), München 6/25
2012: Rock im Park 6/3, Bristow 8/10 (Rehearsal), Bristow 8/11, Uncasville 8/12, Mansfield 8/14, Wantagh 8/15, Camden 8/17 (+ LPU Summit)

meh, I dunno - it's up to you guys on here really. I figured that's how these Japanese bootleggers were operating, although it is nice to know stuff exists and is available somewhere other than DIME [/non-member...] laugh.gif

but i think a bootleg list would be quite handy actually in that respect...

diff. post since these are some new things I've noticed...

1. Uniondale 2004 is listed in black for a source, but the show page itself is missing the info for the video
Fixed

2. we should add to the "other notes" of Yokohama 2011 that Mike speaks japanese over the bridge, which roughly translates as
QUOTE (Op4blushift @ Mar 11 2012, 08:33 AM) *
"It's been 2 years since we came to Japan. During this tour, lots of Linkin park fans gave you relief donations. We are impressed about your strength. Because still looking foward, and hanging on in this difficult situation. Thank you." According to a comment on a youtube vid of it.

EDIT: also, does anyone else notice that midway through In The End at Sonisphere 2009 (UK) Brad starts playing the notes to the intro of Pushing Me Away...? should we add that into the notes somehwere? also, Coheed and Cambria did not actually play the main stage that day, they were meant to, but their ferry was delayed so 'Fact' - a Japanese(?) band originally billed to play the Bohemia Stage filled in for them - even if they were subjected to much bottling...

for those who are interested, the sonisphere sunday (the day after LP played) was The Rev's last ever live show before he died sad.gif

Brad has been playing the PMA notes so many times that it's nothing really special anymore. I think it's mentioned on a few show pages here and there though.

About the bootlegs, we might cover all those in an extra section in the future, except the "real" ones that are actually new sources (those will stay on the show pages) and not downloaded stuff just put together.
Some of these are even re-encodes with removed or replaced tv logos for example, or converted from PAL to NTSC, which makes the quality inferior.

ahh right cool, I was just casually listening to the Soni recording and noticed it all of a sudden despite having listened to that show loads laugh.gif

sounds good to me, maybe in two sections - one for new (show page) sources, another for re-releases of existing one perhaps?

EDIT: San Diego '04 listed black - no source info, I'm guessing that's for the official tracks on the SIB single...?

Fixed

No that's not for the official tracks, it has a source but it doesn't appear for some reason. I'm onto fixing that.

gotcha.
sorry, I'm updating my info for alot of the stuff I've got - checking which sources they are etc. so I'm coming across alot of really pedantic details tongue.gif

on that note -
EDIT:
  • Bangkok '04 listed black, source info is missing on a partial video Fixed
  • the notes for Lisbon '04 say this -
    QUOTE
The crowd sang both repeats of the bridge as loud as they could even though Mike wanted them to wait. It sounds like the band got messed up because after that, the bridge was continued for a bit longer before Brad started playing and then Chester joined in, singing the last line of the bridge. Mike holds his micstand out to the crowd at the end of the song to encourage the fans to scream
which song is this note referring to!? laugh.gif

Starting at 3:35, you see MS hanging out with Head backstage at the Foro Sol, Mexico City 3/2/02 show.

Just a cool tidbit that could probably go in the show description of the Foro Sol show.

Just something minor, but on the front page the band are described as "one of the most successful of the decade".
Now that they've been around for more than a decade, should this be changed?

There's a very small mistake on the Bangkok 2011 site:
"Phoenix did not perform at all atmthis show ..."

Replace the "m" with space and we're all happy^^

https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphoto...976551917_n.jpg
I bought this last year off some guy in NC. totally didn't cross my mind to take a picture and submit it, but I recently rediscovered this one in storage, and noticed we didn't have any posters for this tour. so yeah - here you go!

I'm sorry the quality's not great for either of these, both are too big to fit on my A4 scanner

EDIT: I love the way the ticket for this show mis-spells the band name - or was this from that brief period when they were known as Lincoln Park?

Thanks for the posters!

The ticket that's probably just mispelled. afaik the band was never actually spelled "Lincoln Park" that's just what it sounds like.

no worries man! smile.gif

i guessed some office guy misheard it on the phone, but I'd heard some rumour about them being called that for a short while before changing it to the "coln" to "kin" for the domain name...? I'm probably mistaken though - rumours and that... tongue.gif

EDIT: forgot about this poster too - been stuck on my wall for over 2 years now. I didn't even go to this show...

got this out of Kerrang magazine in the lead up to the show. it's only about A6(?) so the picture quality isn't fantastic to begin with...
