 LPU Summit In Paris? |

We always like to support community ideas and I ran across an interesting one today. This is the first group I've seen like this but there's a French group on Facebook that wants to get an LPU Summit to come to Paris. We don't know yet of any touring plans that will take Linkin Park back to Europe, but regardless, these fans are very interested in getting the third European LPU Summit (after London's last year and Hamburg's this year) to come to Paris, France. Sure, we all want a Summit in our city but why not support the fans that are reaching out, being creative and actively trying to get one in theirs?
The description of the group reads, "Join to have a possible LPU Summit in Paris. LPU Summit is an event bringing together members of Linkin Park Underground around the world to live unique experiences (visit backstage, playing instruments of the group, visit the group's bus, etc.)." Here's a video of the first LPU Summit (something that is catching on with fans and becoming quite popular) last November in London. Join and support their cause here. An LP show in NOLA is long overdue....I've been waiting on one there since 2008.

Europe already got 2 summits...why not give the US one more for a change? LP only did one US tour for the whole ATS touring cycle and they canceled like 4 shows from it and only made up two of them... Give a summit to NYC and I will be happy.

Speaking of summits, I don't think I've heard much about the summit in Japan. Does anyone know any info about it?

people should stop complaining about where LP didn't do a summit and just help the people who are actively trying to bring LP to their city. Of course everyone wants LP in their city, but it's annoying to read 1000 times now "why not come to xyz instead?".

Well stop reading them. Most of us are big fans like you. We're not asking for anything that will kill them, just one concert. Unlike most here that may have seen them more then once in the past ten years!
